The sound bath includes gongs, singing bowls and various other instruments to calm your mind and relax your body. It is in this state that you can gain access to theta brainwaves, a space where deep healing can occur. So join us for a transformative journey of healing!
Bring yoga mat, cushions, blankets, pillows or other comfort items. Hydrate well prior to the event. Sound vibrations travel best through a well hydrated body!
