Private one-on-one sound healing

Welcome to our private one-hour Sound Healing experience, which takes place in a beautiful covered outdoor healing space, with the sounds of nature and a gentle waterfall. You will lay in a comfortable position, either on padded massage tables with pillows or Zero gravity reclining chairs. You have a choice to lay face up or face down if you choose the the massage table. If face up, you will be provided an eye mask to block out light. This session is personalized to your current state of being and needs. We begin with a mindfulness meditation or visualization and intention to prepare the mind and body for the sound healing experience. Additionally, an energy assessment will be performed to focus the treatment and pinpoint your energetic needs. During the session, you will feel intense vibrations surrounding your body.
