Private one-on-one sound healing

Welcome to our private one-hour Sound Healing experience, which takes place in a beautiful covered outdoor healing space, with the sounds of nature and a gentle waterfall, while laying in a comfortable position on a padded Zero gravity reclining chair. This session is personalized to your current state of being and needs. We begin with a mindfulness meditation or visualization and intention to prepare the mind and body for the sound healing experience. Additionally, an energy assessment will be performed to focus the treatment and pinpoint your energetic needs. During the session, you will feel intense vibrations surrounding your body. Some will receive those vibrations and feel themselves moving to a meditative state. Others may experience emotional release. Have a clear intention and let go of your stress.
