About The Event
The session takes place in a beautiful covered outdoor healing space, with the sounds of nature and a gentle waterfall. You will lay in a comfortable position, on padded zero gravity reclining chairs. This session begins with a mindfulness meditation or visualization to prepare the mind and body for the sound healing experience. Come in comfortable attire, ready to relax to the healing sounds. Also, please hydrate well the day of the session. Pillows, weighted eye masks and cozy blankets will also be provided. Aromatherapy may be used during the session, so please let me know if you do not prefer or have any allergies to essential oils.
Park in the spot on the right side of the driveway and follow the sidewalk to the left all the way to the back lanai.
