About The Event
The session takes place in the beautiful downtown studio located in the historic Hilo Bayfront. You will lay in a comfortable position, on padded zero gravity reclining chairs. This session begins with a mindfulness meditation or visualization to prepare the mind and body for the sound healing experience. Come in comfortable attire, ready to relax to the healing sounds. Also, please hydrate well the day of the session. Pillows, weighted eye masks are provided. Aromatherapy may be used during the session, so please let me know if you do not prefer or have any allergies to essential oils.
The studio is located on the second floor of the Lau Building.
