About The Event
Join Dana and Kelly for a magical evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing. Kelly will guide you through a series of relaxing poses to allow your body and mind to soften. In this relaxed state, Dana will be blessing us with her magical sound healing technique using gongs, bowls, etc. Bring your own blanket(s) and pillow(s) for added comfort in the poses and during the sound bath.
