Summary of How Sound Healing Works

  1. Triggers the relaxation response to counterbalance chronic stress. Takes a person from the fight or flight response (Sympathetic nervous system) to the rest, relax and renew (parasympathetic nervous system)

  2. Releases suppressed emotions in a safe and contained way

  3. Balances the invisible bio sound field (which is distinct from the aura) to pick up disturbances and aim to work towards correcting them by bringing balance through the sounds and vibrations

  4. Entrains body/emotions to effect brain wave states to bring them into more balance and harmony

  5. Alters beliefs, which are primarily subconscious, which can significantly impact emotions, physical conditions, and even extend to the cellular level and DNA.

  6. Setting of intentions and visualizing the healing as if already occurred is a vital part of the healing process
