Dana guided me through relaxing my whole body, piece by piece
Dana has a lot of previous experience with mindfulness and it shows!
She’s a very caring individual and I had nothing but positive meetings with her. One practice, in particular, was guided body relaxation. We specifically planned to end our session that day at the end of the practice, and I’m so glad we did! Dana guided me through relaxing my whole body, piece by piece, and quietly left me in an extremely relaxed state where my mind was free of distractions. This happened through a virtual meeting, so I think that speaks to her ability.
I would definitely recommend working with Dana, both as a coach and in mindfulness!
